Terms of Service

1. Services

SiteNerve provides web development, mobile application development, and related digital services as agreed in individual project contracts or proposals. These terms apply to all engagements unless a separate written agreement supersedes them.

2. Payment

Payment terms, milestones, and amounts are specified in each project proposal. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Work begins only after receipt of any agreed advance payment.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns all custom code and assets created specifically for their project. SiteNerve retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing. Open-source libraries and third-party components remain subject to their respective licences.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project requirements and timely feedback.
• Supply all necessary content, assets, and access credentials.
• Ensure any content supplied does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

SiteNerve is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of deliverables. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
